Refund & Return Policy
There is no refund policy only exchange is available.
We want our customers to love the experience of shopping with us and feel happy with their purchases, but if something isn’t right, let us know. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange. You need to inform us of the issue within 1-2 days from the date of receipt of product. The returned merchandise should reach us within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
The courier charges to and fro will be bourne by the client.
Once received, the customer care team at Lucknawi would inspect the product for the need for exchange and based on their jurisdiction.
You should expect to receive your exchange within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a exchange more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled.

- Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- As we are using a third-party shipment service, if you suspect a tampered packaging, it is advised to record a video while opening the package and lookout for signs of tamper or arrival of a different product than what is ordered.
- Failure to present a piece of video evidence in the cases of tampered packaging or product can result into rejection of exchange request.
We will not accept the product :
(a) if it has been damaged by you
(b) if it’s altered as per specs shared by you
(c) if it has been worn.
- The item/s must be in original condition, with the original packaging and with all tags still attached.
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
- Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have make up stains or garments that smell of perfume.
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- The amount for items once bought will not be refunded. You can either exchange the product or we will give you a credit note which can be used to buy another product.
- The Customer will be taking the responsibility for the costs of returning the goods. Once you communicate your desire for a return/exchange we will be emailing you the return notes and labels.
- Please follow our return guidelines, Lucknawi cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned independently.

Please follow these simple steps to return your purchase:
- On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
- Pack your return securely in the original package, if possible, and include your completed invoice.
